Project Overview:
Swim Spa remodel in a retirement community facility to meet Health department requirements for current code.
Raised the deck on half the spa and installed an approved hand hold on the bond beam.
Added required depth markers to inside of swim spa and reinstalled safety rails.
Installed an emergency shutoff system for the variable speed system, and installed a chemical automation system for liquid chlorine and acid feeders.
